What’s a cadre? A tight knit core of trained soldiers and devoted friends fighting together for a cause; loyally giving thier lives for one another. Cadres are the Shiloh Small Groups minsitry for Junior High, High School, and College age guys and girls.

Our primary goal as a youth ministry is very clear, to introduce young people to Jesus Christ and see their lives forever changed.

As Shiloh leadership we want to really strengthening relationships between leaders and young people and build a closer group where each individual young person can grow to their fullest potential in all areas of their lives. We believe that small groups are a key to achieving that goal. We have set up what we call “Cadre’s”. A Cadre is defined as “A tight knit core of trained soldiers and devoted friends fighting together for a cause; loyally giving their lives for one another.” The Cadre will become our small group ministry.

Each of the leaders are responsible for a small group of 5 – 10 young people. They meet with and contact their youth each week with phone calls, face book, emails, etc. to build relationships.
