What’s a Cadre

What’s a cadre? A tight knit core of trained soldiers and devoted friends fighting together for a cause; loyally giving thier lives for one another. Cadres are the Shiloh Small Groups minsitry for Junior High, High School, and College age guys and girls.

Basically…A Cadre is a group of friends who get together once a week with a Shiloh leader to eat, hang out, pray and challenge each other in their relationship with God! Sound like a great time? IT TOTALLY IS…

Why Join a Cadre?
We are all about strengthening relationships between leaders and youth and building a closer group where each person can grow to their fullest potential in all areas of their lives. Each of the leaders meet with and contact their group each week with phone calls, facebook, emails, etc. What more could you want!
